Utilizing LiteGait in the treatment of Complex Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia: A Case Study. This presentation provides a brief background on the pathology of hereditary spastic paraplegia, as well as details regarding a specific case who presented to physical therapy with complaints of pain and spasms in the bilateral lower extremities, along with difficulty sleeping and walking.
