GaitSens™
From within your GaitSens Tablet download and install the latest GaitSens version OR
Update through Google Play; it requires a Wi-Fi connection to the tablet and a Gmail account. After the tablet is connected to your Wi-Fi, open the Google Play app on the GaitSens™ tablet. In Google Play, search GaitSens™ and download the software.
Once located in Google Play, this should give you the option to install the update. Follow the instructions regarding the installation and open the GaitSens™ application. If you are unable to install the software, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-332-9255 for alternative update options.
Upon launching the GaitSens App after updating, you will receive an update confirmation that allows you to see what features are new as you navigate the software. This process can be disabled by pressing the disable button. If you would like to enable the “What’s New” notifications, click on the icon and select the “What’s New” Option.
When navigating the software, new features will be highlighted by the ? icon.

From within your BiSym Tablet download and install the latest BiSym version OR
Update through Google Play; it requires a Wi-Fi connection to the tablet and a Gmail account. After the tablet is connected to your Wi-Fi, open the Google Play app on the BiSym tablet. In Google Play, search BiSym and download the software.
