      The LiteGait 400 and 500 Series are the clinical standard for high-capacity body weight support, combining exceptional lifting power with the mobility and versatility clinicians rely on every day. Designed for clients requiring up to 400 or 500 pounds of support, these systems create a safe, fall-free environment for overground and treadmill therapy while giving therapists the freedom to focus on treatment and not guarding against falls.

      Engineered with precision-powered lift mechanisms, the 400 and 500 Series provide smooth, effortless sit-to-stand assistance and body weight support adjustments with the touch of a button. LiteGait's exclusive dual-point suspension and independently adjustable harness system deliver unmatched postural control in three planes, helping clinicians improve alignment, balance, and gait quality throughout every stage of rehabilitation. Each system is also Smart-ready, allowing clinics to add Smart BiSym and the Smart Controller at the time of purchase or unlock these advanced capabilities later as their clinical needs evolve.

      • FlexAble Yoke allows controlled vertical movement of the support arms, enabling natural movement during pre-gait activities, balance training, mini-squats, stepping exercises, and even treadmill jogging while maintaining safe body weight support.
      • Integrated FreeDome Yoke allows unrestricted 360° rotation while supported, enabling forward, backward, sideways, and turning movements during overground and treadmill gait training. The Integrated FreeDome is standard on Deluxe models. 
      • Tablet BiSym Scale provides real-time feedback on total body weight support and left/right weight distribution, helping clinicians monitor progress, document outcomes, and reinforce patient confidence throughout therapy.
      • Exclusive online/onsite training* includes industry-leading online and onsite training*, ongoing clinical support, and continuing education webinars led by experienced rehabilitation professionals through the Mobility Research Institute of Continuing Education.

      Smart BiSym –option, With Smart BiSym, the weight-bearing assist feature, WB restriction is enforced for ortho patients and WB is encouraged for neuro patients automatically. Actuator moves to maintain the threshold set by clinician's goal setting.

      Smart Controller –option, automatically adjusts the overhead lift according to support goals designed by the therapist. Never worry about under- or over-supporting again! Just set the desired % of weight to be held and allow the Smart Controller to self-adjust as needed throughout your therapy session
