From toddlers to adults, the LiteGait 200P and 300P models offer an expanded fitting range while providing adaptable body weight support, postural assistance, and a safe, fall-free environment in one versatile system. The 200P supports users up to 200 pounds, while the 300P accommodates users up to 300 pounds.

Each model includes a powered lift with 28" of vertical travel to assist with sit-to-stand transfers, body weight support adjustments, and safe access to treadmills or other therapy equipment. The manually adjustable yoke of up to 20" provides additional height flexibility, allowing clinicians to adapt the system to different users and therapeutic goals quickly.

Both models are ideal for facilities seeking a single solution for a broad spectrum of patient sizes, diagnoses, and mobility levels. The real difference comes down to this: choose the 300P when your caseload spans the widest range of ages and sizes on one unit, and choose the 200P when pediatric precision and adaptability are the priority.

Features & Options

FlexAble™ Yoke allows controlled vertical movement of the support arms, enabling natural movement during pre-gait activities, balance training, mini-squats, stepping exercises, and even treadmill jogging while maintaining safe body weight support.
Tablet BiSym™ Scale provides real-time feedback on total body weight support and left/right weight distribution, helping clinicians monitor progress, document outcomes, and reinforce patient confidence throughout therapy.
FreeDome® Yoke allows unrestricted 360° rotation while supported, enabling forward, backward, sideways, and turning movements during overground and treadmill gait training. The Integrated FreeDome comes as standard on Deluxe models.
Clinical Education & Support includes industry-leading online and onsite training*, ongoing clinical support, and continuing education webinars led by experienced rehabilitation professionals through the Mobility Research Institute of Continuing Education.

The 300P is one of the most distinctive models in the LiteGait lineup, purpose-built to cover the widest possible range of patient sizes with a single unit. Its standout feature is the yoke itself: it moves manually up and down the post, and is paired with the powered lift built into the post gives clinicians both manual and powered height control in one device, a combination unique to the 300P.

That flexibility, combined with a 300 lb weight capacity, means one 300P can treat a toddler in the morning and a full-grown adult in the afternoon, no second device, no compromise. If your setting sees a broad mix of ages and sizes, from pediatric to adult, the 300P is the one built to keep up.

Purpose-Built for Pediatrics

The 200P is engineered specifically around pediatric therapy, with a 200 lb weight capacity and support for users up to 6'6" over ground (5'8" over treadmill with accessories) so it comfortably spans small children through teens and smaller adults.

The yoke can be manually adjusted and offers up to 20” of height variability tuned for the frequent, fast adjustments pediatric sessions demand. The 3-dimensional handlebars can be adjusted or removed entirely to match a child's changing goals from early stability work to more dynamic gait training.
