Bio
Sarah Garman, PT, DPT, PCS has been working with children with disabilities since graduating from Rutgers University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. She has experience working in the early intervention, school-based, and outpatient settings in Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding areas. She is currently a PhD student at Arcadia University and has collaborated with Thomas Jefferson University to design custom adaptive power-mobility cars for children with various mobility limitations. Her favorite goal to work on is helping children with disabilities learn to walk. She has seen successful outcomes using the LiteGait for body-weight-supported-treadmill training when treating this population.
