Michelle Sveda, PT graduated with department honors from the physical therapy program at Ohio State University in Columbus, OH in 2001. Michelle currently practices in an outpatient pediatric clinic where she spends half her time with patient care responsibilities and primarily treats children with developmental issues including neurological injuries and chromosome/genetic disorders. The other half of her schedule is performing clinical lead responsibilities including training new staff, mentoring others, and assisting with policy/procedures. Michelle and a coworker developed the AutoStep, an innovative walker attachment that facilitates a reciprocal gait pattern for the neurologically impaired patient.
