Amir H. Seif-Naraghi, PhD VP Research & Development & Director of Clinical Education. He received his Doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering in 1989. His area of expertise in basic science is central pattern generators (CPG) research and in clinical applications of gait and balance training. His most recent publications are “Partial Weight Bearing Gait Therapy and Use of LiteGait Training", International Brain Injury Association online publication, June/July 2007; “Walking: Spinal or Cortical? Treadmill Training for Recovery of Locomotion", NDTA Network, May/June 2003, and "A Novel Method For Locomotion Training," Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, 1999. For the last 31 years, he has dedicated his time and efforts to the education of clinicians in the effectiveness and use of supported gait and balance techniques. Dr. Seif-Naraghi travels extensively presenting continuing education courses to clinicians throughout the US and around the world.
