The harness is designed with forces distributed over the abdomen and pelvis to comfortably transfer body weight from the legs to the LiteGait. Support force is distributed over a wide surface area that can tolerate compression and weight-bearing, avoiding forces on the chest or in the groin area and discomfort caused from compression in these areas. Control is provided in the sagittal, frontal and transverse plane to create a biomechanically appropriate posture
