Overview of our FreeDome Yoke, Flexi Straps, Q-Straps, AutoStep and Gaiter Stool.

The FreeDome Yoke is a removable attachment that allows the patient to rotate 360 degrees while secure in the LiteGait and can be locked in any position. The FreeDome is especially useful when executing various therapeutic activities, such as walking backward or sideways on the treadmill. Watch a video demonstration here.

FlexiStraps are overhead straps with elastic sewn in for adjustable flexibility. They allow a controllable amount of stretch, enabling the patient to engage in dynamic movement, such as squatting. Watch a video demonstration here.

The Q-Straps provide adjustable length and elastic hands-free pelvic cueing/support while using LiteGait. These straps have multiple uses, from providing the appropriate amounts of cueing for patients/users to offering a helping hand to therapists so they can focus on other tasks. Q-straps are adaptable and can easily attach to LiteGait and GaitKeeper and designated areas on all LiteGait harnesses. Watch a video explaining them here.

The AutoStep facilitates foot clearance and symmetric steps and reduces the burden of gait facilitation for both pediatric and adult patients. It provides a cue in terminal stance to help forward the leg in swing. An adjustable elastic band attached to the patient's feet is stretched as the stance limb moves back and shortens to bring the unloaded limb forward in swing. AutoStep can promote an increased step length as well as facilitate lower extremity advancement and foot clearance.

The Gaiter Stool attaches directly to the LiteGait base, either in the back or on either side, to provide positioning and ease for the clinician for facilitating movement over ground or over a treadmill.
