What is the warranty offered?
Mobility Research offers a limited warranty on all products and accessories to be free of defects in workmanship and product performance.
Here is an overview of our general warranty duration.
Frame (LiteGait and GaitKeeper) = Lifetime
Mechanical Parts = 3 years
Electro-Mechanical Parts = 3 years
Labor = Lifetime phone and/or email technical support
Soft Goods = 1 year
Batteries = 90 days full replacement; thereafter 24 additional months prorated
Computers/tablets = 90 days full replacement; thereafter the computer manufacturer's warranty
Software = 18 months - Mobility Research certifies Mobility Research software installed on Mobility Research tablets will function as expected for up to 18 months. After 18 months, a new tablet may be required, not supplied by Mobility Research.
Software License = Lifetime upgrades on Mobility Research software onto Mobility Research-supplied tablets/computers. No implied warranty on Mobility Research software installed on tablets/computers not supplied by Mobility Research.
