Is my LiteGait charger working correctly?
Symptoms:
- Battery is not taking a charge
- Charging indicator LED does not turn red while charging the battery
- Charging indicator LED does not illuminate green or red when the charger is plugged into the wall or connected to charge the battery
Step-by-step troubleshooting:
Identify the model of charger - If your charger does not look somewhat similar to this below, contact Mobility Research.
Charger for 28.5v - .600aH
The charger has an indicator LED light that should turn green when the charger is plugged in and not connected to the LiteGait and turn red when charging the LiteGait. If the LED does not change color while charging, or behaves erratically, the charger or battery may need to be replaced.
