1. Confirm treadmill state

Confirm the belt is completely stopped
- If the belt is moving, the unit will not allow units to be changed.

2. Change speed display units

Locate the “+” and “–” speed buttons on the control panel

Press and hold both buttons simultaneously
- Continue holding for 3–5 seconds
- The display will:
- Change to 0
- Switch the speed unit:
- MPH → KPH
- or KPH → MPH
- Release the buttons once the change occurs.

- When set to MPH, the displayed digits should start at 0.1 and increment by 0.1 with each button push.
